Search for products on your consumer-facing Dutchie Ecommerce menu

You can filter, sort, and search for specific items by name, brand, potency, and other criteria.

Filter

You can filter the results displayed on your menu by the criteria listed below. The filters applied determine the item results that appear on the menu, eliminating items that do not match the selected filter(s).

• Subcategories: View items from a specific Subcategory. Only one can be selected.
• Weights: View items matching a specific Weight. Only one can be selected.
• Brands: View items within a specific Brand. Only one can be selected, or “All Brands”.
• Types: View a specific product strain type (Sativa, Indica, High CBD, etc.) Multiple can be selected.
• Potency: View items that fall within a potency range for THC or CBD.
  • Flower and Pre-Roll range: 0%-50%
  • Vaporizers and Concentrates range: 0%-100%
  • Edibles and Topicals range: 0mg-1000mg
  • Tincture range: 0mg-2000mg

Sort

You also have the ability to sort within the category results. The sorting criteria chosen determines the order in which products are displayed on the menu. You can sort using the following criteria:

• Popular - Items sorted by Sales from High to Low. Sorted by highest selling first, currently-in-stock products for that category, based on quantity sold.
• Brand - Items sorted alphabetically (A-Z). Items with no brand appear at the top.
• Recently Added - Items are shown based on the date the product was first created in Dutchie Ecommerce or your integrated POS, with the most recently created products listed first. Note that this is based on the product, not the inventory, so receiving new stock of an existing product will not move that product higher in the list.
• Price: Low to High - Items are shown starting with the least expensive item and ending with the most expensive item.
• Price: High to Low - Items are shown starting with the least expensive item and ending with the most expensive item.
• Potency: Low to High - Items sorted by THC level (percentage), low to high.
• Potency: High to Low - Items sorted by THC level (percentage), high to low.

Search

You can search for products using the criteria below:

• Product Name
• Brand
• Category
• Subcategory
• Type
• Effect Name: Calm, Clear Mind, Creative, Energetic, Focused, Happy, Inspired, Relaxed, Sleepy, Uplifted

Product Name and Brand searches will return results for items that are misspelled, or not an exact match (i.e. "Glue Dream" will return results including "Blue Dream").

Category, Subcategory, Type, and Effect Name will only return results that are an exact match to the search term (i.e. "concentrates" will NOT return "concentrates").

Important notes about searching

• If menu items are sorted and filtered, an item search will override these selections.
• Clearing a search while in a specific category will take you back to the All Categories menu page.
• Items will appear in the search based on how close they are to the keyword that was searched for. If you choose a Sort By Criteria after searching, the items will be arranged according to the sort criteria.
• When the Prioritize Staff Picks in Search Results feature is enabled in Store Menu options in Settings, staff pick items will automatically be bumped to the top of the consumer menu search results.
