Chain User Management

Dutchie now offers improved flexibility for managing user permissions across retail chains.

Previously in Dutchie, admins were able to grant access to dispensary users for just a single location or for all locations. Now, the “Location Access” field allows for greater flexibility. Users can now be granted access to any number of chain locations.

When adding a new user, or editing an existing user, use the “Location Access” dropdown to select one, several, or all locations.

How to Change User Location Permissions

1. In Dutchie admin, under Settings, find your list of active users in the Users tab.
2. Click the blue text of any user name to open a modal window with that users configurable options.
3. At the bottom, use the dropdown labeled “Location Access” to select which locations the user can access. Check the box of a single location, several locations, or use the ‘Select All’ button to grant the user access to all chain locations.
