Update ordering settings

In your store location settings, you can adjust a variety of order-related settings. In Dutchie admin, navigate to Settings > Ordering and click on any of the following options to adjust the appropriate order-related settings:

• In-Store Pickup
• Curbside Pickup
• Drive-Thru Pickup
• Delivery
• Kiosk

Note: Not all of these ordering options may be available in your admin page based on the ordering types you currently offer your customers. All ordering types available to your customers can be adjusted on your Store Info tab.

In-Store Pickup

In this tab, you adjust the following settings:

• Ordering Options
  • Toggle on/off ASAP Ordering
  • Toggle on/off Schedule Ordering
• Toggle on/off After Hours Ordering
• Set Pickup Minimum
• Set Payment Types for In-Store Pickup

Curbside Pickup

In this tab, you adjust the following settings:

• Ordering Options
  • Toggle on/off ASAP Ordering
  • Toggle on/off Schedule Ordering
• Toggle on/off Curbside Arrivals
• Set and/or edit Arrival Instructions
• Toggle on/off After Hours Ordering
• Set Pickup Minimum
• Set Payment Types for Curbside Pickup 

Note: You are now allowed to adjust Curbside Pickup hours separately from In-Store Pickup hours. To adjust your Curbside Pickup Hours, head to your Hours tab under Settings > Hours. For more information on how to update your Store Hours, please reference: Update your ordering hours. 

Drive-Thru Pickup

In this tab, you adjust the following settings:

• Ordering Options
  • Toggle on/off ASAP Ordering
  • Toggle on/off Schedule Ordering
• Toggle on/off After Hours Ordering
• Set Pickup Minimum
• Set Payment Types for Drive-Thru Pickup

Note: You are now allowed to adjust Curbside Pickup hours separately from In-Store Pickup hours. To adjust your Curbside Pickup Hours, head to your Hours tab under Settings > Hours. For more information on how to update your Store Hours, please reference: Update your ordering hours. 

Delivery

In this tab, you adjust the following settings:

• Ordering Options
  • Toggle on/off ASAP Ordering
  • Toggle on/off Schedule Ordering
• Toggle on/off After Hours Ordering
• Set Delivery Area
  • Mile Radius
    • Delivery Minimum
    • Max Delivery Distance
  • Drawn Zone
    • Upload a geoJSON file, or use the polygon tool.
    • Delivery Fee
    • Delivery Minimum
  • Zip Code
    • Delivery Fee
    • Delivery Minimum
• Add a Delivery Fee
• Set Payment Types for delivery orders

Kiosk

In this tab, you adjust the following settings:

• Enable/disable Kiosk Mode
• Set Kiosk Instructions for your customers.
• See your Kiosk menu URL
• Set Kiosk Options
  • Full Name Only
  • Hide Phone Field
  • Phone Required
  • Hide Email Field
  • Show Notes Field
  • Show Birthdate Field
  • Enable Directed Orders
• Set Payment Types for Kiosk orders

Note: For all LeafLogix customers, Kiosk orders placed at your dispensary are now marked as an "In-Store" order. Previously all Kiosk orders were marked as "Online Orders" in the POS fulfillment lanes.
