Greenbits Order Sync
Dutchie now offers a way to seamlessly integrate all of your Dutchie orders and send them right into the Greenbits register.
To enable this feature, please reach out to your CSM or Greenbits Support and ask them to turn on Order Sync for you. You will need to have Places enabled, as well as a Location entered in your Greenbits Integration Settings.
Processing Pickup Orders Sent from Dutchie
When a consumer places a preorder through Dutchie, Dutchie will send this order through to the Greenbits register. Once that happens, an orange marker in the top right corner will appear -
Fulfill these orders as normal. When an order is marked as "Ready" in Greenbits, that will automatically set the order to "Closed" in Dutchie and will send an SMS message to the consumer to let them know their order is ready for pickup.
Processing Delivery Orders Sent from Dutchie
This process mirrors the pickup process with one exception. Orders marked as "Ready" in Greenbits will send an SMS message to the consumer letting them know their order is out for delivery. With that, a best practice is to wait until the order is about to leave the store to complete fulfillment at the register.
Things to Note
Discounts: Dutchie does not currently send discounts through to Greenbits. Discounts must be applied manually at the Greenbits POS.
Payments: Dutchie does not currently send payments through to Greenbits. Online prepayments must be manually tendered at the Greenbits POS.
