Merrco | Dutchie Ecommerce - How to set up integration

Canadian retailers can integrate Merrco with Dutchie Ecommerce.

Things to know
- At this time, the Merrco integration is only available for Canadian retailers.
Find your account credentials in Merrco
To set up the Merrco integration, you'll need the following information from your Merrco account. If you need help finding this information, contact Merrco support at support@merrco.ca or 1-800-957-0534.
Account number
Your Merrco account number is located under the Account Statement tab in your Merrco or Netbanx account.
Single Use Token and API Key
- In Merrco or Netbanx, go to Settings > API Key.
- Find the API Keys and Single-Use Token sections. Each section should have a Username and Password.
Set up the integration in Dutchie Ecommerce
- Open a new tab and log in to Dutchie Ecommerce admin.
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find the card for Merrco and click Learn More.
- Click Connect.
- Copy and paste the Single-use token username, Single-use token password, API Key Username, API Key Password, and Account Number from Merrco into Dutchie Ecommerce.
- Click Connect.
- Submit a test order using a credit card to confirm that Merrco payments can be processed successfully.
You're now ready to accept payments with Merrco! When customers check out on Dutchie Ecommerce, they can now select the Credit Card payment option and enter their card info.
