Order Sync Errors
For dispensaries using dutchie’s Order Sync integration with their POS
In some situations, dutchie orders sent through to the POS via an Order Sync integration may fail to be received by the POS, and an error is triggered. In these situations, the order will not appear at the POS, and must be managed in dutchie and manually recreated at the POS.
To provide visibility into these errors and alert dispensary users to order sync errors, a warning marker is displayed next to the order status of failed orders when viewed in dutchie Admin or dutchie Terminal.
To view details about the error, hover over the marker in dutchie Admin, or tap the marker at the dutchie Terminal.
Order sync errors also appear as a banner visible at the top of the Order Detail Page.
