Learn how to set up an integration between Flowhub and Dutchie Ecommerce.

  1. Download the Flowhub Consent Form. This gives Dutchie Ecommerce consent to access your Flowhub data.
  2. Fill out the form and send it to support@getdutchie.com.
  3. A member of our team will reach out and confirm that we've received the form and relay the form to Flowhub to initialize integration sync.
  4. Dutchie Ecommerce will initialize integration sync.

Loyalty sync

Why aren't my loyalty points syncing from Dutchie?

As of now, Loyalty is not supported to sync from Dutchie Ecommerce to Flowhub. Therefore, discounts have to be applied manually in Flowhub. You do not need to apply the points in Dutchie, just add a matching discount. Apply the discount to customer cart in Flowhub, but don't not redeem the points, because they've already been redeemed. It would be a matter of adjusting the price to match the Ecommerce ticket that prints from the order.
