How to Edit Brands in Your POS
Follow this quick guide to ensure that brands will be properly displayed on your Dutchie menu
When your Dutchie menu is integrated with your point of sale, your inventory will automatically sync to Dutchie. We recommend editing items directly in your POS with as many details as possible. Your customers will have the ability to filter products by Brand, and are more likely to order items that have complete information, so the more detailed your menu is, the better your Dutchie sales will be!
The consumer filter for Brand won't work if you are missing the brand field in your POS.
Use the chart below to determine which field to input the brand name in your POS.
Note: If your POS is not listed in this chart, reach out to your Customer Success Manager for help.
Once you've determined the appropriate field in your POS using the chart above, manually enter the brand name for each item into the field. The information should sync over to your Dutchie menu within a few minutes.
If your POS doesn't have this field (for example Adilas), you'll want to keep the menu updated and manually add the brand in Dutchie.
