Cancel an Order
Follow these steps to cancel a delivery or pick-up order
- Contact your customer as needed to explain why their order is being cancelled.
- Open the order and click "Cancel Order" on the bottom right-hand side of the page.
3. A modal will appear asking why you would like to cancel the order. Select a reason from the drop down menu.
4. If you would like to notify your customer of the order cancellation via text message, check the box below the drop-down menu. The reason selected for cancellation will appear in the text message.
5. Click "Submit," and the order will be canceled immediately and removed from your account.
