Dutchie Ecommerce's Menu Import Tool allows dispensaries that aren’t using menu sync integrations from their POS to upload their menu inventory to Dutchie Ecommerce using a .CSV file.

Before you begin

• Confirm that you have the appropriate permissions enabled to manage integrations in Dutchie Ecommerce.
• Reach out to Dutchie Support or your Customer Success Manager to discuss whether this feature is the right fit for your needs and to have it enabled.

Upload your menu inventory to Dutchie Ecommerce using a .CSV file

1. Prepare your CSV file. Instructions for this are included in the next section of this article.
2. From the Dutchie Ecommerce Admin go to Settings > Integrations.
3. Scroll to and click the Menu Import tile.
4. Click Import
5. Select the Dutchie Ecommerce fields you want the fields on your .CSV to map to.
6. After you have mapped the fields, click Complete Import. 

Each time an import is completed via .CSV import, inventory will be updated on Dutchie Ecommerce.

What should my CSV file look like before I upload it?

• Clear header rows: The row with the column headers should be the first row of the .CSV. If there are any rows about the header rows, the .CSV will not import correctly.
• Correct product names: Double-check product names. The names you enter in the .CSV will appear on your Dutchie Ecommerce menu
• Compare to a sample .CSV: You can compare your .CSV to this sample .CSV.
