Weigh Station 2.0 - Greenbits
This article applies to Greenbits.
The Weigh Station 2.0 allows you to use your iPad as both a POS and as a Weigh Station.
Some benefits of the Weigh Station 2.0 include improved reliability and if your store gets too busy for deli sales, you can switch back to using your iPad as a Register.
The Weigh Station 2.0 uses the same setup as the Integrated Scale—the only difference is with the Weigh Station 2.0 you can delay finishing a customer's transaction and give them the opportunity to continue to browse the rest of your store.
The Weigh Station 2.0 requires Register app version 2.7 or later.
If the Print Label button is greyed out, make sure register label printing is turned on. In the Back Office, go to Settings > Labels > Label Printing and check the box for Print package labels at the register. You may also need to troubleshoot your printer connection.
