After changing label rolls, you may notice that labels are misaligned, not printing in the correct size or orientation, or two labels are used to print one barcode.
To fix this, recalibrate your printer:
Zebra ZD410
Press and hold the Pause and Cancel buttons for 2 seconds, then release.
The printer feeds out several blank labels and measures them to determine the label size and type. Calibration is complete when the labels stop feeding. Tear off the and discard the blank labels, and resume printing.
Zebra GX420d
Press and hold the Feed button. The green light flashes once, then pauses, then flashes twice. Release the feed button after the light flashes twice.
