Export Product and Inventory lists

You can export Product lists, Inventory Item lists, and Packages lists from the Back Office. If you want to export a specific list, such as Products from a particular supplier or brand, or Products of a certain type, you can use the filter options to narrow the list down.

Export a Product, Inventory, or Package list

Select Inventory from the top menu bar.
Optional: Select Filter by to add filters.
Select Export.
Select the type of list you want:
- Products: Product information only. Does not include details of barcodes (SKUs), Lot Numbers, or Package IDs.
- Inventory: Lists each barcode (SKU)/Lot Number/Package ID separately.
You'll receive an email with an attached .csv spreadsheet file. Open it in Excel or other spreadsheet program. This typically takes only a few seconds, though larger lists may take several minutes to compile.
