Adjust inventory quantities - Greenbits
This article applies to Greenbits.
If you have Manual State Link, use this article about adjusting instead.
Adjust the quantity of a barcodes (SKUs) in Greenbits any time you need to:
- Dispense employee samples (unless your store is in Washington).
- Correct a previous error.
- Account for waste, spoilage, moisture loss/drying, theft, or seizure.
- Correct your Greenbits inventory to match your actual quantity on hand.
You can make adjustments in two places in Greenbits:
- On the Packages/Lots page. If your store is in a state that has a traceability system, this is the recommended option. From here, you can see the total quantity of a Package or Lot and the individual quantities of all linked barcodes (SKUs).
- On the Products page. This is your only option if your store is in a state that doesn't have a traceability system.
Don't adjust inventory quantities in Greenbits if there is a discrepancy between Greenbits and your state traceability system. Instead, contact Greenbits Support for guidance. Be sure to provide a description of the discrepancy, including the affected(s) or Package ID(s).
Don't adjust inventory quantities in Metrc. Adjustments made in Metrc do not report back to Greenbits.
