Archive Products - Greenbits

To hide a Product that you no longer sell, set its status to Archived.

Archive a Product

1. Go to Inventory > Products.
2. Select the Product you want to archive.
3. Select Archived from the dropdown. This also archives any barcodes (SKUs) assigned to this Product.
4. Select Save.

Delete a Product

If a Product has no inventory assigned to it, you can delete it by selecting the menu button and then Delete:

If you want to delete a Product that has inventory assigned to it, consider archiving it instead. Otherwise, reassign all of its inventory to another Product, then delete it.
