Manifests: Find Received Inventory Information with Actionable Insights

The Manifests Insight show you information about inventory that you received during a time period, such as the amount spent on new inventory. Both reports include vendor, total cost, and total value of each manifest or barcode (SKU) received during the time period.

This gives you insight into data across all of your locations, so you can analyze the manifests for your entire business.

• Manifest Summary Report: Select this one if you want to view information organized by manifest.
• Manifest Details Report: Select this one if you want to view information organized by barcode (SKU).

Manifest Summary Report

1. Go to Insights > Manifests > Manifest Summary.
2. You can change the Location Name and Product Vendor controls to filter the results you see.
3. Pick a Accepted On date range that fits your needs. 
   
   • The default date is yesterday.
   • Manifest Summary includes data from the past 90 days, not including today.

Manifest Details Report

1. Go to Insights >Manifests > Manifest Details.
2. Pick a Accepted On date range that fits your needs. 
   
   • The default date is yesterday.
   • Manifest Details includes data from the past 90 days, not including today.
3. You can change the Location Name, Product Type, and Product Vendor controls to further filter the results you see.

Calculate total value of all received inventory

If you want the total value of all received inventory for the time period you select, SUM the values of the barcodes (SKUs) or manifest. For more details, see tips and tricks for working with spreadsheets.
