Oregon: Manually categorize transferred items on your Quarterly Tax Report - Greenbits

These extra steps for running your Oregon Quarterly Tax Report are required only if you sold items from packages that you later transferred.
You can avoid this and other potential issues by always splitting packages before transferring!

If you sold items from packages that you later transferred out of your Metrc inventory, Greenbits can't identify which category they belong to when you run your Oregon Quarterly Tax Report.

These appear separately in the Packages with Unknown Traceability Category, listed by the Package ID and the Product name in Greenbits:

Determine which category each item belongs to, then manually add its totals to the appropriate category row.

  1. The Product Cherry Sativa | 100mg | Yummi Gummis belongs in the Cannabinoid Edible category. Add the quantities sold and dollar amounts to the corresponding totals in the Cannabinoid Edible row.

  2. Repeat for each additional item in the Unknown Traceability Category section.
  3. Use the corrected totals to submit your quarterly tax return to the Department of Revenue.
