Manually check in a customer or patient - Greenbits

If your store does not have Express Check-in or if you are checking in a patient who is under 21, check in customers and patients manually from the Back Office.

If a customer doesn't want you to scan their ID or record their information, you can check in recreational customers without creating a profile.

1. Check the person's ID to verify their age and that the ID is legitimate.
2. In the Back Office, select Customers.
3. Enter the customer's info to search for them and select them when they appear.
   
   
   • If they aren't in your system yet, select Add Customer.
   • Select a Customer Group and enter the person's information.
   • Select Save.
4. Select Check In.
