If you are in Michigan, Nevada, or Oregon, you may notice some differences when making delivery sales. Your delivery feature has been improved to make it easier to set delivery information, alternate between normal sales and delivery sales, and to report delivery sales to Metrc.

important.png With the new delivery workflow, you no longer have to go into Metrc to record and complete the delivery manifest. Greenbits does it automatically for you!

How to use delivery now ...
You toggled Delivery on to start making delivery sales and then you needed to turn the toggle off to resume normal sales.

When making a delivery sale, select Set Delivery Info. From here you will choose a driver and set a delivery address.
Before delivering items, you had to manually record the delivery in Metrc.  When you Set Delivery Info, the Metrc Manifest is created automatically.
Following a successful delivery, you needed to find the delivery in Metrc and select Complete.

When you finish a delivery on the Register, the Metrc manifest will be submitted automatically.
To void an unsuccessful delivery, you went to the Activity screen and selected Void.

From the Orders on Hold screen - swipe left to Remove the order.
