Add delivery driver information in Back Office

Note: This information applies to stores making delivery sales in MI, MD, OR, NV and in CA.

If you are a delivery driver, your driver’s license and car information must be saved in the Back Office. You can update your own user profile in Back Office by selecting Settings > Account. 

If you have Manage users permissions, you can view other users' profiles under Settings > Users.

If a profile includes any driver information, the Employee License Number field is required.

Additionally, if any driver information is included in the user profile, all driver information must be included in the profile. If you add the Driver's License number, you will not be able to save the profile until you have also added Car Make, Car Model, and Car License Plate.

When you have finished, updates, enter your Current Password and select Save Account Settings:
