You may find instances where you have a single customer listed multiple times in Greenbits. Here’s how you can manually merge duplicate customers.

Note: This process only works for duplicate customers within the same customer group.

  1. Go to Customers in the the Back Office.
  2. Select the duplicate profile.
  3. Select the menu button and then Merge.2019-02-13_15-31-04.jpg
  4. Search for the master profile that you want to merge this duplicate into.
  5. Confirm the proposed merge and select OK.

When you merge a customer, the loyalty points and purchase history of the duplicate customer is added to the master customer.
