Store customer documents

You can store documents for each of your customers in the Greenbits Back Office. This is useful for keeping copies of a patient's medical ID, driver's license, a photo, or any other relevant documentation.

1. Go to Customers in the Back Office.
2. Select a customer or add a new one.
3. Select the Files tab.
4. Select New File Attachment, and choose a file from your hard drive.
   

   Supported file formats are .jpg, .png, and .pdf, with a maximum file size of 10 MB.

5. Select Save. 

Customer attachments can only be viewed in the Back Office and are not visible from the Register app.
