After you add a customer to Greenbits, you can view information related to that customer while you are ringing a sale.

Tip: You can use your barcode scanner to look up existing customers and patients. See Protect your store with automated age verification for more information.

When you are ringing a sale on the Register, tap View Customer. From the customer page, you can:

  • View and add notes about the customer.
  • View the customer's purchase history.
  • See how many points the customer earned and if there are any rewards available.
  • Redeem the Loyalty Program rewards for the customer.

If you have access to the Back Office, you can view the customer's transaction history to see purchases, returns, voids, discounts, and taxes for that customer.
