Adjust Loyalty Points

You need Manage Loyalty Program, Rewards, and Points permissions to adjust points.

To manually adjust a Customer or Patient's Loyalty Points total:

1. Go to Customers and select a Customer or Patient.
2. Select the menu button and then Adjust Loyalty Points.
3. Enter the total number of points this Customer or Patient should have in the Points After Adjustment field.
   
4. Add a Note explaining why you're manually adjusting the points total, then select Adjust.
