Assigning customers to VIP/Loyalty Rewards IDs

If your store VIP/Loyalty Rewards cards includes a barcode, you can add this ID number to the customer profile in the Back Office. When you create a VIP card for a customer, ensure that their phone number, driver’s license number, or medical ID number is also saved on the customer’s profile in the Back Office.
When a customer with a VIP card enters your store, scan the barcode on the card (instead of their driver’s license). Greenbits finds the customer’s profile and attaches it to their order.
