You can audit a customer's loyalty points by exporting their loyalty point history as a .csv file.

  1. Go to Customers and select a Customer or Patient to view their profile.
  2. Select Export Loyalty History.

  3. Click the pop-up to download the .csv, or download it from the Tasks page.

  4. Open the .csv to view each change to the customer's point total including sales, returns, voids, and adjustments. Each change has a Receipt ID that you can use to look up more details about each change.
