Learn about migrating your inventory to Metrc

This information applies to Greenbits customers in Oklahoma who have a provisional or permanent license.

When your state adopts traceability or track-and-trace through Metrc, Greenbits needs to migrate your inventory. Once Greenbits migrates your inventory, Greenbits automatically reports to Metrc for you.

Here's how to migrate your Greenbits inventory to Metrc

If you have a temporary license: After your renewal, you will receive a provisional or permanent license. You must have a provisional or permanent license to migrate to Metrc.

1. Receive your provisional or permanent license from the state licensing agency.
2. Schedule and complete the Metrc training.
3. The Greenbits Customer Success team reaches out to you to confirm your license information.
4. The Greenbits Implementation team works with you to schedule your migration to Metrc. During this step, you'll work with Implementation on the following:
   • Ordering package tags.
   • Receiving the tags in your Metrc account.
   • Creating a secret link to your Metrc API key.
