Oklahoma Metrc Migration Information - Greenbits

By August 24, 2022, all untracked THC inventory must be sold or destroyed. Continuing to sell untracked cannabis inventory would bring you out of compliance with state regulations, the results of which could include steep fines, license suspension or revocation, etc. NOTE that if your license is suspended or revoked, Dutchie will no longer be able to provide our services to your business.

  • Every licensed operator must be credentialed with Metrc.
  • Your POS must be integrated with Metrc.
  • All inventory you plan on transferring to Metrc must be imported by this date. 
  • All new cannabis inventory received on or after this date will be required to be transferred via Metrc traceability.

Optional Sell-through Period
May 26 - August 24, 2022

  • During this period, any remaining untracked cannabis inventory (that was not imported into Metrc) can be sold through (contact OMMA for reporting requirements for non-Metrc inventory)

  • All untracked cannabis inventory must be sold or destroyed. Continuing to sell untracked cannabis inventory will bring you out of compliance with state regulations, the results of which could include steep fines, license suspension or revocation, etc. NOTE that if your license is suspended or revoked, Dutchie will no longer be able to provide our services to your business.


Integrating Greenbits with Metrc

Your POS will be integrated with Metrc for net-new inventory. Your existing (untracked) inventory will not be migrated into Metrc and you may utilize the sell-through period (May 26 - August 24) to sell or dispose of any untracked inventory, which will also require you to continue submitting your OMMA report for all untracked inventory events during the sell-through period.

Metrc Training Sign Up

  • The Metrc New Business Training is available on the Metrc Training Scheduler daily. This training is required for the owner/admin for all licenses before they can be credentialed. The trainings are at scheduled times and registration must be completed 24 hours prior to the class start time.
  • Additionally, all recorded trainings are available in the Metrc Learn platform. You will need to register an account to access these trainings, but the platform offers additional modular based trainings which can be completed and tracked under this account.

Training and Credentialing Access into Metrc Accounts

  • Once the New Business Training is completed by the individual who will be reaching out for credentials should contact Metrc Support (877-566-6506) and request the credentials.
  • Once all prerequisites are verified by Metrc Support, the industry admin will receive their welcome email. This welcome email includes a link to complete the Metrc account set up, please note the link will expire 24 hours after it is generated. If the link expires, the admin will have to reach out to Metrc Support for a new link.
  • If you have not completed training and credentialing, please contact Metrc as soon as possible to register for a class. This must be completed before licensees can enter their beginning inventory in Metrc. Licensees who have not completed this step will not be given an extended window to enter inventory.
