Manual State Link: Compare your Greenbits inventory to your Metrc inventory

This doc applies to Manual State Link only.

At least once a week, download the Packages report in Greenbits to verify that your Greenbits inventory matches your Metrc inventory. If there are discrepancies, make corrections to ensure that Greenbits and Metrc both reflect your  physical inventory.

Compare the Packages reports and your physical inventory

To compare inventories, download the Packages report from both Greenbits and Metrc. The Greenbits report includes package IDs, their status, and their quantity.

1. In Metrc, download and open or print the Packages report.
2. In your Greenbits Back Office, there are two places you can download the Packages report from:
   • Inventory > Products
   • Inventory > Packages
     
3. From either page, select Export > Packages.
   
4. Greenbits emails the Packages report to the email address in your Account Settings. Open or print the emailed Packages report.
5. Compare the Packages reports from Metrc and Greenbits to each other.
6. If any inventory items are different on the two reports, count your physical inventory for that item.
7. Correct each system that doesn’t match your physical inventory.
