Generate reporting files and upload them to CCRS
This article applies to Greenbits.
Follow these steps to manually generate the files you'll need to upload to CCRS to stay compliant. You can alternatively use automated CCRS reporting.
- Go to Inventory > State Link.
- Enter the Start Date and End Date of the time frame you need to report to CCRS.
- Decide whether you want to use the Generate Full Dataset option.
- Check this box if you want the Area, Strain, Products, and Inventory files to include all data for this location, regardless of when it was added or updated.
- When you upload this full dataset to CCRS, you should expect to see error messages because much of this data is likely already in CCRS unless this is your first time uploading data from Greenbits. You might also use this option to make sure any previous gaps in reporting are covered.
- Leave this box unchecked if you want the Area, Strain, Products, and Inventory files to include only data that was added or updated during your selected time frame.
- Sales, Transfers, and Adjustments files always include only the data for your selected time frame.
- Check this box if you want the Area, Strain, Products, and Inventory files to include all data for this location, regardless of when it was added or updated.
- Click Generate All Reporting Files.
- When the files are ready, go to Tasks to download them.
- Go to https://cannabisreporting.lcb.wa.gov/ to upload the files.
