Your front desk staff can look up a customer's transaction History in the Back Office to improve your store's customer service. Look up pricing
If a customer has questions about what they paid for an item previously, you can look it up in their transaction history.
Find receipt IDs to make returns easier
If a customer needs to return an item without a receipt, you can look up the receipt ID to make returns easier. The receipt ID is listed at the top of each transaction with a green background.
Follow up with customers about their purchases
Show your customers that you care about their experience with your products by following up. Your front desk staff can view what a customer purchased during their last visit and see if they want to purchase more.
Look up Loyalty Program information
If your customer has questions about earning points towards your Loyalty Program, you can review their history to investigate and discuss.
- If your Loyalty Program is based on points per dollar, you can review the dollar amounts that have earned them points in the past and compare that to points.
- If your Loyalty Program is based on points per order, you can review the number of orders and compare that to points.
