Make a sale when transaction limits can't be fetched - Greenbits
If you are a real-time state, Greenbits has a feature that allows you to make a sale even when transaction limits can't be fetched because the state traceability system or Wi-Fi is unavailable. This feature allows you to manually check the patient or customer limit so that you can provide great customer service, prevent delays, and proceed with the sale, given that the transaction limit has not been exceeded.
Adding a customer when state traceability is unavailable
- A manager override message will appear when the budtender attempts to add a customer to a sale: "The state traceability system is down, so Greenbits can't verify this patient’s limits. Do you want to check the limit manually and sell to this patient?”
- The budtender can then select Yes or No.
- After the transaction limit has been checked, a manager can enter their PIN to override the warning and continue with the sale.
Tender a sale when state traceability is unavailable
A similar message will appear when the budtender tries to tender the sale.
- A manager override message will appear: "Either your internet or the state traceability system is down, so Greenbits can't real-time report this sale. Do you want to complete this sale anyway? This is not compliant."
- The budtender can then select Yes or No.
- The following message will be displayed: "Enter manager pin to sell without real-time reporting. This sale will report when your internet or state traceability returns online."
- A manager can then enter their PIN to override the warning and finish the sale.
