FAQ: How to clear your browser's cache
This article applies to Greenbits.
Greenbits support may ask you to clear your browser’s cache in some circumstances. Greenbits only supports the Google Chrome web browser.
Chrome
Windows
- Select the menu icon in the top-right corner.
- Select History, then History again.
- Select Clear Browsing Data.
- Check Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
- From the Time Range drop-down, choose All time.
- Select Clear Data.
- Close and restart Chrome for the clearing to take full effect.
Mac
- Select Chrome from the menu bar at the top of your screen.
- Select Clear Browsing Data.
- Check Browsing history, Cookie and other site data, and Cached images and files.
- From the Time Range drop-down, choose All time.
- Select Clear Data.
- Close and restart Chrome for the clearing to take full effect.

iPad
- Click and hold the Power button until the "slide to power off" appears.
- Let go of Power button.
- Select and hold the Home button until you return the home screen.
- Shutdown and Restart the iPad for the clearing to take full effect.
