How to resolve errors that prevent you from using the Register
This article applies to Greenbits.
If you are having issues with your Register, update it to the most recent version. Once you update, you can sign in, start a drawer, and use the Register normally.
Error messages when signing in or starting a drawer
If you see any of the following error messages when you try to sign in to the Register app or start a drawer, update your Register immediately:
- Unable to Sign In. Service responded unexpectedly.
- Load Failed. Service responded unexpectedly.
- End Drawer Failed. Service responded unexpectedly.
- Drawer Load Failed. Service responded unexpectedly.
