FAQ: Why can't I see my discount in Greenbits?
This article applies to Greenbits.
If you are trying to discount by item (rather than discounting the entire transaction), the discount will not appear when you tap the Discount button. To apply a discount to a specific item, you must:
- Swipe left on the item name first, then Add Discount.
- Select a Discount from the list. If you are prompted for a percent discount, enter the percent and select the check mark.
- If the price appears in blue, then the item has been discounted.
