FAQ: I have both medical and recreational locations. Can I create customer and patient profiles for a person who is both? - Greenbits

If you own both medical and recreational locations, you may have clientele that can shop as patients and also as customers. To create two profiles that share a name and phone number, you must:

1. Create the medical profile in the Back Office with the phone number and save.

2. Go to the register and create the profile again as a customer.

IMPORTANT: Budtenders must be sure to select the correct profile at the Register by checking the Customer Type.
