Create a collection using Dutchie Ecommerce
Dispensaries can use collection pages to target marketing campaigns for specific products to specific types of customers.
You can create an unlimited amount of collections for your ECommerce website. Each one can be unique with its own set of conditions.
Create a collection
- From the Dutchie ECommerce admin page, go to Customize > Collection.
- Click Create a Collection.
- Enter your store’s web address.
- This URL is pulled directly from what is listed on the settings page for your domain. If you don’t see this or need to change it, click the settings cog wheel.
- Enter a collection name. This name is displayed to consumers for this collection.
- (Optional) Add a description. This description is displayed for consumers and describes the collection of products and its branding and marketing content.
- Set conditions and filters
- Select how you want to sort the products in your collection.
- If you have more than one condition, choose whether the collection items need to match ANY conditions or ALL conditions.
- Click Save Conditions. When you save your conditions you will see a final product count.
- Copy the Collection URL. You can use this URL to feature the collection on your embedded menu.

- Individual Items

Items from a category
When you choose Items From A Category you can select either category or subcategory from the options. If these conditions are set, then all items listed in these categories are pulled into the collection. However, if more conditions are chosen, this might filter the product count further. -
Items from a brand
The condition Items By Brand uses a pre-populated modal for selection so it will include items with an exact match for this specific brand. -
Items by type
The condition Items By Type uses a pre-populated modal for selection so you can include items with an exact match for this specific type, for example, Indica or Sativa. -
Items by effects
The condition Items By Effects uses a pre-populated modal for selection so it will include items with an exact match for this specific effect, for example, sleep or calming. -
Items by potency
When you choose Items By Potency, you will see a conditions field with an editable percentage value. You can use it to enter in a desired potency value, and choose if the potency is greater than or equal to, or less than or equal to, the value input.NOTE: You can only have one potency condition per collection.
