Dutchie Brand Portal - Get started

Dutchie’s Brand Portal is a content management system designed to give brands direct access to their products in Dutchie’s Product Library.  Products added to Dutchie’s Product Library via the Brand Portal are immediately available for use on Dutchie Ecommerce menus. 

Get started with Dutchie Brand Portal

To start adding your products to the Brand Portal, reach out to brandsupport@dutchie.com to schedule time with a Brand Success Manager for an onboarding call.

During onboarding, a Brand Success Manager will give you a quick tour of the Dutchie Brand Portal and add you as an Admin to your brand account. You will receive an email notifying you of your account creation. The email will contain a link to complete account creation by setting a password. 

You can then log in by navigating to brands.dutchie.com and entering your password.

Tip

Retail/Ecommerce users must connect their menu item to the corresponding library item in order for updates to be live on their menu. 

Once a connection is made between a Library Item and a Menu Item, the content you have provided via the Brand Portal will be applied. More details on this connection process can be found here
