Discount troubleshooting in Dutchie POS: Why can’t I stack (combine) discounts at the register?

Troubleshoot discount stacking in Dutchie POS.
To stack/combine discounts at the register. You must set the Discount stacking field to "Yes" in the Backoffice. To configure settings:
- Go to Marketing > Discounts.
- Select the discount that was reportedly not working properly.
- Click the Details tab and toggle Discount stacking to Yes.
Note that Discount stacking = no means this discount cannot stack on other discounts. It does not mean "other discounts are prevented from stacking on this discount." - Click Save.
I have one discount set to Stacking/Yes and one discount set to Stacking/No, will I still be able to combine (stack)?
Yes, the non-stacking discount will apply first, and then the stacking discount can stack on top of that one.
I have my discount stacking set to Yes and they are still not stacking, why?
- Confirm "Only Discount Items to their Cost" is enabled under Settings > Location.
- Confirm "Only Discount Cannabis items to a minimum of $0.01" is enabled under Settings > Location.
Tip
Once Discount stacking is set to Yes, use your sandbox environment to test combining discounts. If the issue persists, contact Dutchie Support.
