Discount troubleshooting in Dutchie POS: Why isn’t my discount available online?
Troubleshoot discounts that aren't working properly in Dutchie POS.
For your discounts to show online and sync to your Dutchie Ecommerce you’ll have to make them available online via the Backoffice of the location. Follow these steps to make your discount available in the Backoffice:
- In the Backoffice for the location experiencing the issue, go to Marketing > Discounts.
- Select the discount that’s not working properly.
- Click the Options tab.
- Ensure the Available online field is set to Yes.
- Click Save.
- Check your online menu to ensure the discounts are displaying correctly and showing the option available in the Dutchie discount sync feature.
