Issue

A store reports that an automatic discount is not applying to a specific product.

Solution

  1. From Dutchie POS Backoffice go to Products > Configure > Fields > Allow Automatic Discount.
  2. Choose Show.
  3. Then go to Products > Catalog > SKU of the product > Allow Automatic Discount.
  4. Click Yes and Save.
