- Check to make sure you have the appropriate permissions to complete this action. If you are missing permissions, you may not see some of the links and tabs noted here.
Issue
An automatic discount is not applying to a specific product that should be eligible for the discount.
Solution
- From Dutchie POS Backoffice go to Products > Configure > Fields > Allow Automatic Discount.
- Choose Show.
- Then go to Products > Catalog > SKU of the product > Allow Automatic Discount.
- Click Yes and Save.
