If you mistakenly upload a product under the wrong order type in the MMUR system (e.g., you uploaded it as a tincture instead of RSO), use this guide to correct the issue.

Understanding Order Types and External Categories

Order Types:

  • Can be changed on the fly. 
  • Only used when adding items to the cart. 
  • You can re-route the product to another allowable order type in the cart. 
  • Changing liquid marijuana RSO requires sending it back to the manufacturer.
  • Comes from/relevant to MMUR

External Categories

  • Associated with initial inventory uploads (e.g., liquid marijuana RSO).
  • Comes from BioTrack. 

Steps to correct an incorrect upload

  1. Change the order type when adding items to the cart. The system allows you to reroute the product to the correct order type without needing a full re-upload.

  2. If you need to change a product classified as liquid marijuana RSO, you will need to return it to the manufacturer.

If uploading is disabled

If your initial inventory upload has been completed and BioTrack has disabled reuploading fo your license:

  1. Send Back to Point of Creation: Start by returning the product to its original creation point in the system.
  2. Adjust Package Quantities:
    • Decrease the quantity of the incorrectly categorized package to 0.
    • Increase the quantity of the parent package by the same amount.
  3. Create a New Package: Generate a new package with the correct external category to replace the incorrectly uploaded item.
