Generate a VoiceAuth code

1. Call Dutchie Support (866) 838-8244)
2. When prompted, tell the system whether you are a dispensary staff or calling about a personal account or order.
3. Describe the issue you need help with.
4. When the support agent asks you to verify your identity, open Dutchie Backoffice.
5. Select the help icon in the upper right corner.
   
   
    
6. Select Dutchie Support Authentication.
   
7. Dutchie Backoffice will display a six digit code on screen.
8. Read the code aloud to the support agent on the call.

Once the support agent confirms your code, Dutchie Support will use it to verify your identity and connect you to a specialist who can help with your issue.
