Dutchie POS Backoffice Reports
Reports in Dutchie POS Backoffice are organized into six categories: Closing, Sales, Inventory, Employee, Marketing, and Operations. Each category contains reports suited to a specific area of your business.
Permissions note: The Reports link only appears in the Backoffice sidebar if your user account has at least one report-related permission enabled.
Finding a report
From Dutchie Backoffice > Reports, you have two ways to find what you need:
- Search by name: type the report name directly into the search bar.
- Ask a question: type a plain-language question like "What are my total sales for the day?" or "Who is my top-selling budtender?" The tool surfaces the most relevant reports automatically.

Sales Reports
Best for: Answering questions about revenue, transactions, product performance, customer spend, and tender types.
