Certain actions in the Cultivation module that produce waste (such as trimming plants or retiring non-viable plants) automatically create a waste record.

Things to know

• Waste records are reported to integrated state traceability systems. You can enter a waste weight by room, batch, or individual plants and Dutchie will post that to Metrc by plant.

To view these records or manually create waste records, go to Cultivation > Waste.

1. Select a waste record from the list, or click Add Waste to create a new waste record.
2. Add or edit the following. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
   • Reference
   • Waste date
   • Room
   • Batch
   • Plant
   • Waste weight
   • Waste type
   • Comment
3. Click Save.

You can Print or Export waste records by clicking the Actions button.

To destroy waste, click the 3 dots next to the waste record and click Destroy.
