Learn how to configure and use reasons for cultivation adjustments in Dutchie POS.
When you make adjustments in the Cultivation module (such as retiring plants or destroying seedlings) you’re required to choose a reason from a list of customizable options.
Things to consider
- The information in this article only applies to operators not integrated with a state traceability system like BioTrack or Metrc.
- In integrated environments, your available cultivation adjustment reasons are predefined by the traceability system according to your state regulations.
To manage cultivation adjustment reasons:
- Go to Cultivation > Configure.
- Click Add reason.
- Enter a reason, such as:
- Ground as waste
- Not present during audit
- Created with wrong strain
- Click Add.
To edit a reason, click the pencil icon, edit the text field, and click Update.
To delete a reason, click the X next to it.
When you’re finished, be sure to Save your changes.
