When you make adjustments in the Cultivation module (such as retiring plants or destroying seedlings) you’re required to choose a reason from a list of customizable options.

Things to consider

• The information in this article only applies to operators not integrated with a state traceability system like BioTrack or Metrc.
• In integrated environments, your available cultivation adjustment reasons are predefined by the traceability system according to your state regulations.

To manage cultivation adjustment reasons:

1. Go to Cultivation > Configure.
2. Click Add reason.
3. Enter a reason, such as:
   • Ground as waste
   • Not present during audit
   • Created with wrong strain
4. Click Add.

To edit a reason, click the pencil icon, edit the text field, and click Update.

To delete a reason, click the X next to it.

When you’re finished, be sure to Save your changes.
