Learn how to manage traceability logs in Dutchie POS when your state integration system is enabled.
Things to consider
- To perform this action your state integration system, Metrc or BioTrack, must be enabled.
- It is recommended that you check for Batch Mode Logs throughout the day.
View traceability logs
Metrc errors are stored under Logs in the Traceability section. Logs are broken out into two sections, Errors and Batch mode. To view logs go to Traceability > Logs.
Errors logs
If you try to perform an action, and you receive an error from the Metrc API, the error is listed on the Errors tab in Logs. Select an error from the list to view the Error Details.
The Error Details window provides more info for troubleshooting.
Batch mode logs
The Batch Mode tab records errored transactions at the point of sale. . It is recommended that you check for batch mode throughout the day. You can view errored batch mode logs by selecting Error from the Status dropdown.
