Learn how to manually track users' time spent logged into Dutchie POS
Things to consider
- The Time Clock module provides limited data about the time users spend in the system. Each facility should set its own policies around time management.
- The system does not track time automatically. Users need to manually clock in and out from the Time Clock screen to track their time.
Time Clock
The Time Clock supports facilities with user time management. From the Time Clock, administrators can track and adjust the time that users spend logged into the system.
If a user forgets to clock in or clock out, you can go to Settings > Time Clock to adjust the time.
View when users clocked in and clocked out of the system
From Time Clock, you can view the clocked-in and clocked-out times for all users, and you can find individual users by typing their names in the Search box. Enter the range of dates you would like to see the clock-in and clocked-out times for.
The table displays when users clocked in and clocked out of the system and the total number of hours users spent clocked in.
Edit when users clocked in or clocked out of the system
- From the table, choose the clocked-in or clocked-out time you want to edit.
- From the Adjust Employee Time window, make any adjustments or comments.
- Click Adjust to save.
