From the Security menu, you can adjust the required length of passwords and assign them an expiration date.

Go to Settings > Location > Security

Change password length

1. Choose Enable Password Length.
2. Enter the password length.

Change when password expires

1. Choose Enable Password Expiration.
2. Enter the number of days before the password expires.
3. Click Save to save your choices.

Reset Dutchie POS password

1. From the login modal on the Back Office homepage, select "Forgot password."
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click Submit.
4. Dutchie will send you an email with instructions to change your password.
5. Follow the instructions in the email and click the link to change your password. This link expires after 1 hour.
