Learn how to save new and existing reports using the Business intelligence (BI) tool for Dutchie POS.
Things to know
- Business Intelligence (BI) tools are built on a platform called Looker, which has its own set of documentation and best practices. The steps outlined here may vary slightly.
- Business Intelligence (BI) is an add-on service and not included in the standard Dutchie POS reporting package. If you are interested in adding BI tools, please reach out to Dutchie Support.
-
From the cog wheel for new and existing dashboards, you can also save reports (also called Looks) in the Business Intelligence Tool.
In Dutchie Backoffice, navigate to Reports > BI Tools.
